Over 10,000+ MySpace plays in 2 months for Real Thang (Jump Bad Remix)
In about 2 months my Real Thang (Jump Bad Remix) that I produced for Erykah Badu has gotten 10,000+ plays right on MySpace!! Thanks to everyone who added the song to their MySpace page, forwarded the music to friends, the DJ's who downloaded a copy and played it on the radio, at parties etc...Thanks yall for feeling the vibes and spreading the word!!
Right now the YouTube video we did initially has 3,000+ plays in 2 weeks and a number of people have inquired behind the scenes about it!! I'm very thankful for all of this because it was a simple pic based video only done for YouTube and to enhance the value of the Jump Bad Remix. It just goes to show you never know what people will gravitate to but as long as you stay creative life will reward you!
So yeah...I'm feeling good...but what's even better is that Erykah has extended the deadline to July 31st so look out for an alternate mix to Real Thang (Jump Bad Remix). I was working on it late last night and it's fiyah!!!! lol
hmmmm....should we do another video?

New YouTube Video: Erykah Badu - Real Thang Jump Bad Remix
Well the video for my Erykah Badu remix is finally up on YouTube and on my MySpace page. The first two I created I didn't like so I scrapped them. I'm pleased with how this third one turned out however. I think it's very simple but artistic and I really hope you like it as much as I do! Still no word on who won the contest but I'll keep yall posted when she announces the winners. Bless!
